This technique has helps me get work done. I still have a hard time with it, but I have integrated some helpful things that I want to share with one trying to balance life to get the important high priority things done that brings one a fulfilling life. I have been learning as an artist that time is very important. I could be using time spent from low priority and less focused activities to apply to a high priority and super focused plan of action. This Pomodoro technique has been really fortunate for me because I learned to use my time for me and the things I want to accomplish while I'm here on Earth because I struggle with my time, and the idea isn't very complicated.

If one does a search for "Pomodoro" in the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android there are a host of free and paid apps one can use. Overall working on one task for 25 minutes, then taking a 5 minute break is one set. Do two more sets then take a 1o minute break. Rinse. Repeat.
